CloudPull 1.5.8 is an update available to customers running Snow Leopard (Mac OS 10.6). This update incorporates recent CloudPull 2 improvements into CloudPull 1 for the benefit of customers who have not upgraded to Lion or Mountain Lion.
While there is no feasible way to make the CloudPull 1.5.8 update available in the Mac App Store, customers who have purchased CloudPull in the Mac App Store can download this update from our web site. CloudPull will find your Mac App Store receipt and run as a fully-registered copy.
Retrieval of Documents and Spreadsheets
CloudPull is updated to reflect that the Google API now serves documents as “.docx” files instead of “.doc” files, and spreadsheets as “.xlsx” files instead of ”.xls” files. More details on this change are available in the CloudPull 2.1.6 release notes.
Sports Team Calendars
CloudPull 1.5.8 no longer attempts to back up sports team calendars that Google publishes, since Google does not make those calendars available for retrieval. More details on this change are available in the CloudPull 2.1.5 release notes.
